Today, our guide took us to visit Jiaxiu Lou & Cuiwei Yuan. They are side by side on the river just outside our hotel. Jiaxiu Lou is over 400 years old and is a lucky place for students to go when they study for tests. Where was that when we were in school? Cuiwei Yuan is old as well, and part of it is now a prestigious elementary school. We could not go inside, but we heard kids singing and laughing in class. Mia wanted to peek in the windows. She is missing her school and her friends.
Mia and Kennedy were stuck together today. They were hand in hand everywhere we went. They are getting along so well. We are so blessed, and we know it.
We think that we may go to the monkey park tomorrow. Who knows what kinds of photos we’ll get from that. Stay tuned.
